Coach Rosendo brings a global perspective to player development, combining international baseball roots with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience. Known for his sharp eye for talent and attention to detail, he has helped shape athletes through a complete development system—skill, strength, and mentality.
Certified as both a scout and physical trainer, Coach Rosendo works across every position, emphasizing precision, athletic movement, and mental toughness. His approach is demanding, intentional, and proven—designed for players who want real growth, not shortcuts.
